All cities have a certain spirit in them. Some cities may be older, bigger, more grandiose than others. That is their characteristic, their personality.
Some cities, however, are more magical.
What is a city but thousands of tiny lights huddled amidst the darkness?
Without inhabitants, there is no city. Only with them does it have a face. Only with them does it have a reflection.
